The idea of the höktagon came about while watching a UFC cage match. I was working on a problem that I couldn't seem to find a good solution for. I was stumped and irritated. I took a break and flipped on the TV. There, two men were beating the daylights out of each other in a caged octagon. I realized I needed to apply that kind of isolated intensity to solve my problem.
