Comments
By clicking Comments in the Admin Panel, you have both the option to change comment settings under
General and Avatar or to moderate comments under Inbox.
In the General screen you can adjust such settings as allowing comments, who can comment, if comments need
to be approved before posting, when you will receive emails regarding comments, and other settings. We advise
you select Use CAPTCHA for comments clicked as this will reduce the number of spam-bot comments you will
have to delete.
An Avatar is a small icon/image that pops up beside the user's name when posting comments on blogs. Under this
heading you can choose to allow avatars, and what the default image will be if a user does not have their own avatar.
3rd Party Services will only be used if you have other services to tie in to the blog, such as Akismet and Disqus.
This function is rarely used, and is unnecessary in the basic blog.
