Super Center Storage (SCS) is currently involved in a $24M joint venture project with Leder Investments (Supreme Steel)
developing a similar self-storage project in West Edmonton. Since October 2022 SCS has leased out over 200 of the 450
vehicle storage stalls available. The development site is graded, deliniated, fenced and gated - with first grade security
and monitoring. The project and self-storage building are in the development permit stage with expecta ons that con-
struc on will be underway by Spring 2024.
