Marc Prefontaine Mr. Prefontaine is a Senior Director with MCAP in the Development Finance Group, and a founding member of its Edmonton office. Mr. Prefontaine has over 12 years of full cycle experience originating, underwriting, adjudicating, funding, servicing and enforcing mortgage loans within the Canadian non-bank mortgage industry. Shane Stevenson, LLB Mr. Stevenson is a Partner with Denton's Canada LLP who practices law in respect of corporate finance, securities, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Stevenson advises public companies on their corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations and also provides instruction on corporate securities law at the University of Alberta. Paul Allard, MBA Mr. Allard is the Vice President of Edmonton-based Allard Developments. He has executed commercial and residential real estate projects from their inception through to exit for the past 13 years. Mr. Allard has also previously held positions with a Canadian Schedule 1 Bank, and he is a former director of a Canadian public company. Aleem Virani, CA, CBV Mr. Virani is a founding principal and active executive in the operations of the Fund's Manager, KV Capital Inc. KV Capital operates as a mortgage brokerage, exempt market dealer, restricted portfolio manager, and investment fund manager. Mr. Virani has also previously held the Controller position for a publicly traded income trust. Shafin Kanji, MAcc, CA, CBV Mr. Kanji is a founding principal of the Fund's Manager, KV Capital Inc., and is actively engaged in real estate construction through his involvement in an Edmonton- based home construction company. Mr. Kanji has also previously held Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer positions with two Canadian public companies. 11
