KE: Oh, yeah. I had never driven a dragster or junior dragster before. I jumped from my Jeep Liberty right into a Top Dragster and in my first race I did a 7.53 at 188 mph. That was three years ago when I was 19. GS: Who have been your major influences? KE: I have been si ng in the back watching my Dad do this since the day I started walking. He used to race a 1970 Barracuda Funny Car. It all comes from him. GS: What has your career highlight been to date? KE: We have only been at this for 3 short years to date and I guess it would have been placing 3rd in the Na onals at Mission, BC, in my very first year. Another great experience I have had was the opportunity to race against Greg Sereta and his Top Alcohol car. 5 4
