Positive and improving satisfaction scores among members and students; positive and improving engagement scores among employees starting in 2015 MEMBERS • 2014 Membership survey – 21% participation rate • Member satisfaction average score of 4.21 (out of 5.0) in response to the statement: "I am satisfied with the training that ACSA has provided to our employees" STUDENTS • 2014 Student survey – 5% participation rate from students who completed a course in the past year • Average score of 4.36 (out of 5.0) to the statement: "I am satisfied with the instruction that I received" EMPLOYEES • 2014 Engagement Survey – 94% participation rate • 70% engagement rate, reflecting overall satisfaction with the ACSA as a place to work 2. Enrolment growth will be matched or better than the previous year, starting in 2015 2014 Enrolment (compared to 2013): • Total enrolment (all courses completed): -9.8% • Unique enrolments (individuals completing a course): -2% • Unique classroom enrolment, plus online e-Learning: +6% 3. Increase the total and new enrolment number (of participants) in areas outside of Calgary, Edmonton and Fort McMurray regions by 20% each year, starting in 2014 2014 Enrolment (compared to 2013): • Total enrolment (all courses completed): -20% • Unique enrolments (individuals completing a course): -3% 4.
