Welcome to our updated report. We hope you find this report interesting, and learn more about what we do and our plans ahead. As always, we welcome your thoughts and feedback for next year's version. It remains busy on all fronts at the ACSA and I want to start by thanking the ACSA Executive and Board. I really appreciate and value working with them and their support has been great. As I near the end of my third year with ACSA in 2014, we continue to see improvements in all areas. Changes range from the infrastructure and tools that ACSA staff need to do their jobs, to soon-to-be launched COR training initiatives - including an innovative SECOR training pilot, through which we proudly partner with the Canadian Home Builders Association. Looking ahead, the ACSA will offer more options for COR holders while ensuring that the related products and services in our COR department are more user-friendly than ever before. I am confident this coming year will see more improvements in all areas related to supporting our Mission Statement. I feel fortunate to interact daily with those staff and others who are helping to ensure these improvements happen. I am excited about the work our people have undertaken in updating our flagship NCSO program, ensuring that the strengths of the present program remain steadfast, while developing in areas identified by our members as ready for updating in 2015. I know you will enjoy learning more about the fantastic work done by our ACSA Regional Safety Committees in the newly launched Advisor magazine. I have reached out for their help and input on regular occasions. We will continue to extend our reach to other organizations and have taken initial steps to strengthen our support of safety training with groups like, "Job Safety Skills" and "Careers the Next Generation" as they train and support young workers in Alberta and instill safety as early as possible to this crucial demographic. On a personal note, I try to start my day welcoming students, instructors and staff. I understand the vital role our staff plays in customer service and I like to take the time each morning to see how that starts and reaches across all areas of our operation. I am very proud of our staff and heartily thank them for the work that they do. The efforts we are putting into improving all programs and areas will continue to pay off in 2015, and we will be able to show our progress through various measurements we will be using as we update our present programs and improve services for members. Please read on! I look forward to your ideas and views.
