the attention the '23 is getting, he is thinking hard about the pos- sibility. Scott and his wife would probably have to source a bigger shop though. Scott's wife explains, "When we got the '23, we had to shuffle a lot in the -23 degree weather, just to make it fit in our garage. It was tight." Scott learned a lot from the build and says it was a good learning ex- perience. But for him, the best part of it is when he gets it out. " The old ladies love it and the little kids "It was a quick build, if you don't count all the years collec ng parts." love it. It's great seeing the gran- nies holding their hands out their car windows, waving at us when we go by. It makes us smile every day." Everyone is drawn to the colour of the car, which has a two coat silver metallic base with seven coats of a custom candy and three coats of clear, to get the look. "I wanted blood red but my painter Kevin wanted to make it pop, more than just blood red." Kevin has been painting and air brushing all of Scott's past projects and wanted to make sure this one was over the top. "I just let him do his thing, after I told him I just want subtle, he did an amazing job, just what I wanted. It's Deadly." 1 2 G A R A G E | S H O T S
