Russ has nkered with cars his whole life, but now re rement let him have a build of his own. By the me he picked
up the truck, they knew exactly what they wanted. While trying the best he could to keep much of the original looks
and styling, modern touches discreetly cover this '35.
Step one was to completely re-fabricate the wooden cab frame and make a perfect replica of that structure. Step two
was to take it to Zeebs Performance, then that into kindling and build a brand new cab frame from steel. The next step
was to replace a few ro en panels and add a few custom touches. The box was cleaned up with fabrica on around
the old stake pockets and splash aprons, then a few mini tubs were slipped in to accommodate some nice fat Toyos.
While they were doing a li le welding and grinding anyway, the door hinges were shaved clean off and hidden hinges
were tucked in.
