They bought a 2013 Camaro ZL1 donner car with the intention of only using the driveline, but things evolved on a daily basis. There were no renderings done for the project. Chris tells us, "Instead, I spoke on a daily basis with my client. We would go back and forth on all the details as the car proceeded. The goal was to create something dark and sinister, angry, but classy at the same time." That original donner car supplied a lot more than originally planned. "Soon we decided to try and integrate as much as we could under the car, every week we found another part we could use. It just kept evolving." How much Camaro is under there? The entire interior, engine, transmission, tail lights, the On-Star system, backup cameras, back up sensors, and power seats, are all from the Camaro. " This thing really thinks it's a Camaro. The only major component we couldn't use, was the Camaro suspension, as the car itself is so much smaller than the original 2013." G A R A G E | S H O T S 7 0
