Melt-Away (p.19). Complete
the look with a fruit garnish
and mint leaf.
All of our Dainty Cakes
(p.19-20) fit perfectly into a
porcelain ramekin. Ideal for
serving warm (i.e. our Apple
Crisp Melt-Away, p.20). Place
the ramekin on a long plate
and add a scoop of ice cream
alongside a fruit garnish.
Fun little cupcake rounds
add a touch of whimsy to
our Berry Burst Sheet Cake
(p.29). We used a round
cookie cutter to slice the cake
and then inserted it into the
rounds. So simple!
