Chris convinced his producer to purchase three Bricklins which all appear in the film. The green one shown
here was used as a stunt vehicle during produc on which Chris then kept for himself a er filming was
complete. He says it drives like a classic muscle car and "it's not a car for a non social person." Chris can not
go out for a quart of milk without 20 people coming up to him to talk. In New Brunswick everyone has an
opinion about it. As soon as the doors go up people will say, "Oh, the Bricklin! Oh that's Ha ield's car, oh
boy, I built that car!" As Chris says, "This car is infamous down here. It has a really bad reputa on." According
to Chris, Malcolm bit off more than he could chew. He sold a concept car to the province and not all the
engineering and R&D had been done. Despite that, the province believed they were inves ng in a R&D car
